AMD RX 7600 显卡的显存与带宽

AMD is set to launch its high-performance graphics card, the Radeon RX 7600 XT, on May 25, 2023. It is already listed in Singapore for around $410, with a 128-bit memory interface and 8GB of GDDR6 RAM. It has 32 compute units, 2,048 stream processors, 128 texture mapping units , 64 raster operation units , 64 AI accelerators, and 32 Ray accelerators. It includes 32MB of Infinity Cache, an L3 cache that AMD says reduces the need for ultra-fast memory, and has a single 8-pin PCIe power connector.

The RX 7600's GPU die only measures 204 square millimeters, less than half the size of the RX 7900 XTX's GPU die. The memory system was cut back to one-third of what the RX 7900 XTX has, which leaves the RX 7600 with a 128-bit memory interface and 8GB of GDDR6 RAM. It has a 128-bit bus and its effective bandwidth is 476.9 GB/s.

FSR 2.2 is the latest FidelityFX feature that the RX 7600 supports. It aims to reduce ghosting and artifacting during disocclusions, and its image quality is superior to prior FSR versions. It is expected that the RX 7600 will offer around 25% better performance than AMD's RX 6600.

The RX 7600 is positioned as a card for mainstream 1080p gamers, bringing competitive performance, the latest tech, and features down to an affordable price point. It is an affordable upgrade for mid-tier GPUs of yesteryear, such as the RX 580 or GTX 1060. At $269, it is easily the cheapest of the current generation of GPUs from either AMD or Nvidia.

The RX 7600 is not a magical card that will compete with the top cards of the Radeon RX 6000-series. It's best described as an affordable upgrade for mid-tier GPUs of yesteryear. However, it is a good price for a current generation GPU, offering long-suffering gamers an opportunity to upgrade after years of miner-induced mayhem.

In conclusion, the RX 7600 is a mid-tier graphics card that offers a good balance of performance and affordability. Its 128-bit memory interface and 8GB of GDDR6 RAM make it suitable for mainstream 1080p gaming. Its Infinity Cache and FSR 2.2 support help to improve its performance and image quality, respectively. While it may not be a revolutionary card, it is a good option for those looking to upgrade from mid-tier GPUs of yesteryear to a current generation GPU at an affordable price point.
